By using AegisProtect, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
AegisProtect provides monitoring hardware, software, and optional dispatch coordination. We are not a primary emergency response provider — we forward verified alarms to our response partners and, on higher tiers, to private response partners.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, maintaining accurate contact info, and ensuring emergency contacts are current.
Response times depend on our response partners' availability, partner capacity, network connectivity, and other factors outside our direct control. We do not guarantee arrival times except where explicitly stated in your plan SLA (Executive / Elite).
Don't use AegisProtect to surveil people without consent, transmit unlawful content, or generate fraudulent alarms. Repeated false alarms may incur fees from dispatch partners; we pass these through.
AegisProtect hardware is warranted against defects for 12 months. Covered devices are replaced or repaired at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate by emailing support@aegisprotect.io or from account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) fees paid in the preceding 12 months, or (b) J$50,000.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes will be resolved in Jamaican courts.
